What is the Whole30?

 

From Whole30 Co-Creator Melissa Hartwig and whole30.com:

 

"Certain food groups (like sugar, grains, dairy and legumes) could be having a negative impact on your health and fitness without you even realizing it. Are your energy levels inconsistent or non-existent? Do you have aches and pains that can’t be explained by over-use or injury? Are you having a hard time losing weight no matter how hard you try? Do you have some sort of condition, like skin issues, digestive ailments, seasonal allergies, or chronic pain, that medication hasn’t helped? What is a Whole30 Certified Coach?

 

In addition to being an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am also a Whole30 Certified Coach. I am well-versed in the Whole30 program, have successfully completed multiple rounds myself, and guided countless others through the Whole30 program. You can absolutely embark on your Whole30 journey on your own with the resources available on the Whole30 site and the different Whole30 books available for purchase; you may also prefer extra guidance and support. Whole30 might be a completely new concept for you and you'd like the guidance from a Certified Coach to make sure you are following the plan or perhaps you have done a few rounds of Whole30 and still have not been able to kick those unhealthy habits to the curb or find your way to your Food Freedom. Whatever it is for you, as your Coach I provide you the support you need to successfully change your relationship with food forever and improve your life.

 

I am based in Oklahoma City, however, I conduct online and over the phone coaching for those who are not in the Oklahoma City area.
