Pity party over. Let’s get real on this. For 30 days we are removing ALL forms of alcohol from our lives. My first Whole30® I attended four or five parties, including a happy hour at a fitness convention with our Texas PILOXING® instructors, and successfully stayed away from all of it. I did plan ahead for that one though. I grabbed a few La Croixs and to take with me and I had no problems. I even helped open all the pretty bottles of red deliciousness that I so desire. What made me successful at not slipping up and ultimately sabotaging my program? Read More
