Why should you Whole30® with me?
For starters, I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and can guide you through the treacherous days while encouraging you and celebrating your accomplishments. The biggest reason though is I have built a support group of everyday people who are taking action to make their lives better through food. Some have no other reason than for the challenge at the start of a new year. Others are dealing with big issues associated with their diet.
What is most important is why YOU should do the Whole30® program to begin with. Something has brought you to read this. Take a second to think about that. What made you click on that specific link that brings you here? It could be sheer curiosity, but I am willing to bet you are not happy with your current eating habits or how you feel and want to do better and feel better, but you don’t know where to start.
You start right where you are.
Give the Whole30® program and Wandering Heart 30 days. We band together to create a strong community of people who want to live and feel better through their food choices. I am centered in the heart of Oklahoma. I have others who are up north, on the east coast, and some who are my closest, dearest friends who have decided to take the reins of their dietary life instead of continuing to let it take the reins from them.
January 9, 2017 we will come together, thanks to Facebook and an awesome group of people who have the courage and are so brave to take on the Whole30® program. Together we are stronger and are held more accountable to our commitments than if we embark on something new and challenging on our own. That is why we ‘fail’ at these kinds of changes to begin with. We are more apt to stay committed to something when we have to honestly face another person versus only facing the person staring back at us in the mirror. One thing you need to know is you are worth it. You are worth the hard days where you want to throw in the towel and say, “Not today. I don’t have it in me today.” You are worth taking ownership in your choices, be it food, your relationships, or any other part of your life that doesn’t feel its best.
